Following the confirmation of the suspension from his Ward by the Court of Appeal on 16 June 2020, which resulted in the ousting of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, he has no right to represent the APC in any capacity.
Comrade Oshiomhole can only exercise his fundamental right to vote in any election in Nigeria, including the forthcoming Edo Gubernatorial election scheduled for Saturday 19 September 2020 but can not represent the APC or any other party beyond voting.
It is rumoured that Comrade Oshiomhole has perfected plans to be at the collation centre on Saturday as an agent of the All Progressives Congress.
BHR is calling on INEC and the security agencies to ensure that the electoral laws are obeyed.
Comrade Oshiomhole is not a member of any party in Nigeria as at today and therefore can not be an agent of any.
